DIY POM-POM EARRINGS

INSTRUCTABLES

Things required -

The following materials are available at any craft shop. These can be ordered online too.
The products I have used here are from the craft shop "Itsy-Bitsy" and the yarn is oswal wool .

1. Yarn - approx 2 metres ; leftover wool yarn thread can be used.
2. 2 earring hooks
3. 2 earring findings (small round)
4. 2 earring findings (long with 1 loop)
5. Tools - pair of pliers
                pair of scissors
                piece of thick paper

Preparation -
Step 1
Select the yarn of your choice

Step 2
Start rolling the wool thread around a hard piece of paper/ cardboard or your fingers.
Step 3
Remove the thick rolled yarn from the paper and tie in the middle. Tie the knot in the middle to make an hour glass shape.

Step 4
before making the pom pom  Make a loop at the other end of the straight long earring finding to hook it to the central thread of the pom pom with which it is tied.

Step 5
Hook the earring finding (Straight & long) to the center of the pom pom with the loop made . Now using the pair of scissors cut open the loops of yarn on both side of the knot . Finally trim it to make it into a fluffy spherical pom pom

Step 6
Finally complete the earrings with attaching the earring loops to the long earring findings loop with the round earring findings.

YOUR POM-POM EARRINGS ARE READY TO BE WORN!!!
